Is my order refundable?
All purchases are non-refundable once an order is placed. Each item is carefully packaged by hand to ensure it reaches you safely. We take great care in protecting every ceramic piece.
Refund and Return Policy
At Mickox Studio, each ceramic piece is handmade in small batches and mostly one of a kind with great care and intention. Because of the time, effort and uniqueness involved in creating each item, we do not accept returns once a purchase is done.
We understand that ceramics are fragile and it’s not expected of our customers to repack and ship them back safely. The risk of breakage during return transit would return in further loss, which we, as a small studio, cannot accommodate.
However, we believe in fairness and quality. If your item arrives flawed or damaged, we are always open to discussion. We are happy to work to work with you to understand the issue and offer solutions where possible.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives broken, defective or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours receiving the package including the clear photos of the damaged item, packaging box and your order details. This helps us assess the issue and offer a suitable solution.
