Are all your products handmade?
Yes. Every piece at Mickox Studio is handcrafted with love and care in our studio. Slight variations in shape, size, or colour are not imperfections but marks of authenticity and individuality.

Do you accept custom or pre-orders?
Absolutely. We love working on custom orders! Pre-ordered or made-to-order pieces are crafted specially for you and require up to 6 weeks to complete and deliver. This time allows for proper drying, firing, and finishing.

How long does delivery take?
– In-stock products: Dispatched in 2–3 working days and delivered within 5–6 working days.
– Pre-orders: Delivered within 6 weeks of placing the order.

Is your pottery food-safe?

Yes. All our functional ware (mugs, bowls, plates, etc.) is food-safe, microwave-safe, and oven- safe, unless stated otherwise. We use non-toxic, lead-free materials only.

What is your return policy?
Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. If you’re based outside India and interested in our work, please reach out via email – we’d be happy to discuss possibilities.

Do you offer pottery workshops or experiences?
Yes! Mickox Studio also offers pottery sessions and one-time experiences for individuals, couples, and groups. Keep an eye on our Instagram or website for announcements and registrations.

How do I care for my ceramic piece?
Handle your ceramics with care to extend their life. They are sturdy but still delicate in nature. Avoid sudden temperature changes and washing with abrasive materials.
